Diffy Productions was started in 2006 as a boutique media services and recording studio in Trenton, NJ.  They have since gone on to work with Emmy award winning television production teams, produce countless non-profit and corporate events as well as craft their own interactive art installations. Diffy's latest production experience includes creating cutting edge experiential marketing schemes and custom production software development.

Cameron Ferrara is a dynamic force in the world of event production and television, known for his technical expertise and creative vision. With a career spanning over two decades, Cameron has built a reputation as a versatile leader across multiple industries, from high-profile television productions to unforgettable live events.

In 2002, Cameron joined Janet Makrancy’s Weddings & Parties, starting from the ground up—literally loading trucks for events. Over the years, he rose through the ranks to become General Manager, where his deep knowledge of production logistics and creative problem-solving became invaluable. Today, he helps lead one of Central New Jersey’s premier event design companies, specializing in florals, lighting, draping, and decor for weddings and large-scale celebrations. Beyond the world of weddings, Cameron made a mark in television as the Director of Technical Operations at Lion Television, a role he held for many years. His technical leadership contributed to the success of numerous acclaimed shows, including the Emmy Award-winning Cash Cab on Discovery Channel. His credits also include work on popular series such as Diabolical, Blood Feuds, Hometown Homicide, and Calls from the Inside, where he served in various technical roles ranging from technical manager to director of operations

Cameron’s entrepreneurial spirit shines through his work with Diffy Productions, a company he founded to produce concerts, organize fundraising efforts, and support nonprofit events. Through Diffy, he has helped bring to life impactful community events like Art All Night – Trenton and Carve 4 Cancer, blending creativity with purpose. His ability to seamlessly merge technical precision with heartfelt storytelling makes him a sought-after collaborator for both commercial and charitable projects.

In addition to his work with Janet Makrancy’s and Diffy Productions, Cameron is also the owner of Bar Cart Events, a boutique event company that reflects his passion for crafting memorable experiences
